Roe Vs Wade is a cunning sentence: it sanctioned the right to abortion as a right to privacy, therefore constitutional. It was nothing special.

Roe V Wade is a cunning leftwing trick. Obviously the American Constitution of 1776 or the adjustments of 1866 "We The People" does not say:

"ARTICLE 14: The woman or rather the human being with ovaries, because if she is a woman with a penis it does not matter, she has the absolute right to have an abortion whenever she wants"

But it says instead:

Fourteenth Amendment

Section 1

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

How long thinking does it take to link the right to abortion to this fourteenth amendment? They say the Fourteenth Amendment is the basis of the right to privacy - right to privacy ... all the computers we buy have a backdoor put there on purpose for free hackers and CIA/FBI State agents to be able to spy and interfere with our computer's system and our files without ANY Warrant, the backdoor in the computer infringes both 4th and 14th amendments these backdoors should be outlawed and the people producing hardware with backdoors and software with spywares should be arrested ... think about it -, but I don't see anything the Judges do in the name of the Fourteenth Amendment like legalizing gay marriages or abortion directly justified by it, I believe it says a U.S. citizen born or naturalized can not see the constitutional rights suddenly denied "life, freedom, property" where is abortion? Privileges cannot be diminished, so aborting a baby whenever a woman wants is a privilege and the State cannot take it away from the woman... but ... it's a bit stretched as an interpretation, right? I believe rather that it means that a citizen cannot be deprived of the right to vote, the right to free speech (or the right to carry guns), that is, that a State cannot make a law that diminishes the constitutional rights, those that are written in the Constitution, not all of that that a State on the Left legalizes, it must be automatically legalized also by the State on the Right as well because it is now an acquired privilege, that is, if they legalize gay marriages and weeds or cocaine in California, Texas is obliged to ratify such legalizations because it's an acquired privilege of the gay people or drug dealers emigrating from California to Texas and that newly acquired privilege cannot be abridged, because Texans do not vote in California and they often vote the other way round, otherwise it's all California and not USA and that's it.

 Roe V Wade is like that, it is a streched sentence that creates a supremacy of the Left: leftwing States legalize and Right-wing State must accept and ratify...for the forteenth amendment because the Judges on the left wanted to cut the bull's head and affirm the right to abortion in the right-wing States, that is, a right-wing State cannot make a law that prohibits abortion, and then since 2015, they cannot even make a law banning gay marriages - which is an extreme thing -. This is bullshit, now the right-wing Judges have removed it as a constitutional right, one state can guarantee it, another state can moderate it, another state can prohibit it. Roe V Wade wasn't a genius strike, it was a crafty one. Everyone wants to do what they like and says it's in the Constitution. Then I do not like the fanatics of the Constitutions, the Constitutions are not Bibles as the Judges are not prophets or saints, we live in such organized societies where no one (except me and those like me maybe) says "I want" but all the goats " The Constitution says so" or "the Bible says so" or even, in catholic rural Europe" A little girl saw Our Lady and Our Lady said so" But come on  just say you want it.
