It is weird, to say the least, it's like saying that if I shoot you today and you die bleeding tomorrow you didn't die for the shot because it's within the two weeks from getting shot; of course if I get jabbed today and die tomorrow when I die I am vaccinated or at least partially vaccinated which means the vaccine is more deadly than we thought.
The real terms to use in plain English are these:
people who die after the first jab and before the second are partially vaccinated;
people who die after the second jab or the first of a monodose vaccine - like Johnson & Johnson - are fully vaccinated and...
people who die and were never vaccinated either with one or with two shots are unvaccinated. End of.

As for Afghanistan no one understands the withdrawal deadline of the 31 August, no one neither me nor Boris Johnson or Fox people, or the CNN, really no one, only Blinken and Biden have this thing in mind and their friends the Taliban, what's the point then in having such a powerful Army and letting American nationals stranded in Afghanistan at the mercy of the Taliban? And btw is it legal? Isn't there a law that says that the Foreign Office has a duty a legal duty not just a matter of honour and virtue - unknown to Biden and Harris or Blinken anyway - to rescue and save people of the same nationality as the responsible Foreign Office abroad? Can they leave people behind like this?
