The circumstances of the suicide and the discovery of his body, which allegedly took place by some relatives, are still unclear. From the first reports it seems that the doctor hanged himself. - why should he hang himself? Why on earth? ed. notes -
The former primary lived in Curtatone with his wife and daughter. There are many certificates of condolence from many citizens astonished by his death, who remembered De Donno for having "saved many lives" with his therapy.
De Donno, together with Massimo Franchini, head of Immunohematology and Transfusion at Carlo Poma Hospital, had begun to treat patients with Covid who arrived exhausted at Poma with hyperimmune plasma therapy. In the spring of last year, this practice had become the only weapon against the coronavirus, at least in the initial stages of the disease. In a short time he became the best known primary in Italy, disputed as he was by newspapers and television broadcasts.
Not everyone, however, in the field of medicine was convinced of this and so much controversy broke out about De Donno. He, however, held out and managed to get an experimentation of his method with the University of Pavia. I think Pfizer and Moderna want the money so "they have" to sell the vaccine, I hate them, arrest them for compulsory vaccination. I go on not being vaccinated and feeling better than many others, good news is Governor Greg Abbott banned compulsory Mask and compulsory vaccination in Texas.
I hope other Doctors will use DeDonno's discoveries to help people who might have Covid for real.
